CAN I RETURN THE PURCHASED PRODUCT?

CAN I EXCHANGE GOODS?

HOW DO YOU DELIVER THE GOODS?

Delivery in Kiev is carried out by courier, in Ukraine - by the Nova Poshta delivery service, and abroad - by DHL Express

HOW QUICKLY DO YOU DELIVERY THE GOODS?

After order confirmation, delivery is completed within 48 hours in Kiev and Ukraine. During periods of promotions and special offers, delivery times may vary slightly. Delivery outside Ukraine takes 1-5 business days and an additional 24 hours to prepare the order for dispatch.

WHAT IS THE COST OF DELIVERY?

Within Ukraine, delivery is free, except for goods that participate in the action. Outside Ukraine, delivery is free if the order value exceeds 30,000 hryvnias. If the amount is less than indicated, the delivery cost will be reported to you by the manager at the stage of order confirmation.
