Exchange and Return Policy
THE ITEMS SHIPPED OUTSIDE UKRAINE CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED.
The item must be returned new, unworn, with the tags, seals, and packaging in their original condition. You can return the item with the purchase receipt within 14 calendar days from when you receive your order according to the law of Ukraine.
In order to arrange the return, you should log in to your personal account, go to the “Purchase History” section, choose the order and fill out the form.
Once we receive your request, our manager will contact you regarding the return options and other details.
Exchange and return delivery costs are at the customer’s expense in accordance with Nova Poshta tariffs.
According to the law of Ukraine, the following products are not eligible for return:
RECEIVING A REFUND
If the purchase was made:
- with a credit card with WayForPay service, the refund will be issued to your bank account
- with cash on delivery method at the Nova Poshta post office or via courier delivery, the refund will be issued according to the bank details provided in the return request
We will issue the refund within 7 business days of receipt of your item.
If the purchased item is sold-out and no more available for replacement, you can opt for another item from our product range with the cost recalculated, or you can get a refund equal to the price of the product, or you exchange the sold-out product, once it is back in stock.
