DELIVERY AND PAYMENT

WITHIN UKRAINE:

The orders within Ukraine are delivered with Nova Poshta operator. The parcel is shipped out within 1-3 days from when you receive the order confirmation.

Purchases within Ukraine are delivered to the Nova Poshta post office of your choice. Nova Poshta courier delivery option is also available. 

Please, check the quantity and the condition of the items before receiving them. If the packaging is damaged or if the order is incomplete, you need to refuse the parcel, submit a claim and inform us via this number: +38 066 179 52 09.

Please note that the order is stored at the Nova Poshta post office for 5 business days only, and after this time the parcel is redirected back to the consignor. 

OUTSIDE UKRAINE:

International shipping is carried out with Nova Poshta and DHL services, in accordance with their tariffs. The delivery cost is calculated for each parcel individually, depending on the dimensional weight and the destination of the order. Our managers are always here to help you clarify the cost. 

The delivery cost, additional fees, and taxes are at the customer’s expense. International orders cannot be exchanged or returned. 

DELIVERY TERMS: 

• Before receiving the parcel, you should check the items, their amount, and their quality.
• By receiving the parcel and signing the declaration, you acknowledge that you have no claims on the quality and content of your order.
• If there is a faulty or an item is missing, you can refuse the whole parcel.
• Please note that if the parcel is refused due to the item’s color, silhouette, size, or other reasons, the delivery cost is at your expense.

PAYMENT METHODS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES:

• With a credit card with the secure payment service WayForPay
• Payment on delivery with cash or credit card at the Nova Poshta post office or to the Nova Poshta courier
• With cash or credit card, when collecting the order yourself
• With a bank transfer

SELF-PICKUP:

The purchase is reserved for you for one day upon confirmation of the order. 

Please note that during the discount sale there is no reservation for the self-pickup orders — they are being completed once you arrive to collect the purchase.
