SELF DISPOSAL

After confirming the order, the reserve for the product is valid for 2 days. Self-pickup is available at Lesi Ukrainka Boulevard, 7a.

ACROSS UKRAINE TO DEPARTMENT "NOVA POSHTA"

It is carried out by the courier delivery service "Nova Poshta" to the branch indicated by you within 48 hours from the moment the order is confirmed or from the moment the funds are received into our bank account. Delivery is carried out subject to prepayment.

When placing an order with the type of payment "Cash on delivery", all transport services and services for the return of funds are paid by the recipient.

To receive an order at the Nova Poshta delivery service department, you must indicate in the application the number / address of the convenient department, and upon receipt, present your passport and the number of the consignment note. It will be sent in a message to your mobile phone after the item has been shipped.

ACROSS UKRAINE COURIER ADDRESS DELIVERY "NOVA POSHTA"

It is carried out by the courier delivery service "New Poshta" at the address indicated by you within 48 hours from the moment the order is confirmed or from the moment the funds are received into our bank account. Delivery is carried out subject to prepayment.

To receive an order, you need to present your passport or documents confirming your identity. An SMS with the bill of lading number will be sent to your mobile phone after the goods are shipped.

OUTSIDE UKRAINE

Carried out by services "UPS" and "DHL Express" and "Nova Poshta" at the rates of delivery services. The cost of delivery can be checked with the manager. It will depend on the volume of the parcel and its destination.

All transport services are paid by the buyer. The possibility of delivery to the territory of the Russian Federation is considered separately due to the limitation of the possibility of receiving it to individuals. There is no refund.

Delivery rules

• Upon receipt of the Order, the buyer must check it for compliance with the names and quantity of items, the quality of the goods.

• After settling with the courier, the Client signs the invoice, which confirms that he has no complaints about the quality and configuration of the Order.

• If a shortage, re-grading or defect is found, the buyer has the right to refuse the entire Order or part of it, paying only for the product that suits him completely.

• We draw your attention to the fact that in case of refusal to order (the goods did not fit in color, shape, dimensions, size or for other reasons cannot be used by you), courier services are paid according to the above tariffs.

If the product is of inadequate quality (meaning a product that is defective and cannot ensure the performance of its functional qualities. The difference in design or decoration elements from those stated in the description on the site is not a malfunction or non-functionality of the product) courier services are not paid.
