The Pantone Color Institute dedicated two colors to Ukraine: "freedom blue" and "energizing yellow". After the full-scale invasion of Russia, the Ukrainian flag became a symbol of freedom for the democratic world. Posters in support of Ukraine, flags, and billboards about bravery flooded the streets of Europe; street-style looks with a combination of blue and yellow garments dominated the Fashion Weeks that coincided with the first days of the war. European cities continue to turn blue and yellow in solidarity with Ukrainians.
We present a selection of items in traditionally Ukrainian colors: from the shade of wheat and the rays of the August sun to the color of the blue sky, with the hope of soon seeing it peaceful in all Ukrainian cities.
